On December 21st, Garo held a special Christmas Party, available to all of the employees’ families. The GARO team took part in the meaningful event, which began with a delicious Christmas lunch. After that everybody could welcome their beloved ones to visit the workshop, the production line, and the offices. The visit was only the beginning of a day full of activities: A Christmas show was performed for all the adults and children after the tour; laughs, joy, and emotions were the highlight of the day. After a final festive snack, the Family Day was unfortunately over.
By welcoming parents into its home, GARO hopes to express its commitment to strengthen family bonds, both between employees and their beloved ones, and between “home” and “work” families. As the GARO Human Resources Manager pointed out, GARO considers the Family Day a program that enriches family relationships and fosters employee happiness. The GARO team was pleased to hold an afternoon where families were able to share a fun and unique bonding experience.
